Police Report: Vandalism at Rosemary Pool

Officer Richard Forbes was dispatched to Rosemary Pool on Aug. 17 at 8:56 a.m. for a report of vandalism.

Upon arrival Forbes spoke with a pool employee who said that the gate was discovered open and unlocked earlier that day. Staff was reportedly in the pool area the night before to flush out the filters and nothing appeared out of order, according to the employee.

Officers found no damage to the gate or building, nor was anything stolen. However, a picnic table had been thrown into the pool and chairs had been arranged on the roof of the building.
