Police Reports: Brockton Man Arrested For B&E
The following information was supplied by the Needham Police Department. Any charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

A Glendoon Road resident called police on Friday, July 13 at around 5:40 a.m. to report that an unknown male was going through her vehicle. After an investigation, police arrested Shawn Meadows, a 38-year-old Brockton man, for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle with intent to commit a misdemeanor.

License Plates Stolen From Sold Car
A Yurick Road resident reported on Friday, July 13 that he had sold his vehicle to a Boston resident and that the license plates had been lost or stolen since the time of the sale.

Woman Receives Threatening Texts
A Needham resident contacted police on Sunday, July 15 at around 3:40 a.m. to report that she had received threats by text message. The woman said the person texting did not know where she lived. Police advised her to call the station if the person showed up at her apartment, and to seek a protection order through Dedham District Court if she wanted.
Bike Stolen From Melrose Street Garage
A Melrose Street resident reported on Sunday, July 15 at around 3:25 p.m. that a bike was stolen out of the open garage sometime over the past two days.

Planters Taken From Bancroft Street Home
A Bancroft Street resident reported that someone had taken two planters from the home's front steps sometime between Thursday, July 12 and Sunday, July 15.
New York Man Charged With Red Light Violation
Police stopped a vehicle for a red light violation at Chapel and May streets on Monday, July 16 at around 12 a.m. The driver, a 23-year-old New York man, will be summonsed to Dedham District Court for operating a motor vehicle without a license and the red light violation.
