Police Reports: Vehicle Break-ins on Lexington Ave.
The following information was supplied by the Needham Police Department. Any charges mentioned do not indicate a conviction.

Two vehicle owners on Lexington Avenue reported that their vehicles were broken into on Friday, July 6.
An iPod, iPod radio adapter, GPS and DVD adapter were reported missing from one of the vehicles. A black backpack with swim goggles and Sony sport headphones was taken from the second vehicle.
The incidents remain under investigation.

A Webster Street resident contacted police on Friday, July 6 after discovering that someone had used her personal information to open a utilities account in Fall River.

Town Truck Struck By Vehicle
A town employee reported on Friday, July 6 that a vehicle backing out of a driveway on Warren Street struck a town truck. Minor damage was done to the truck.
Needham Man Charged With Furnishing Alcohol to Minors
Police were called to a residence on Longacre Road on Saturday, July 7 at around 3:20 a.m. for the report of loud music. After an investigation, police found that several underage youths were drinking alcoholic beverages. A 20-year-old Needham man was summonsed to court for furnishing alcohol to minors.
Town Trees Snapped at Base
Police were called to Fair Oaks Park on Saturday, July 7 for the report of vandalism to two trees located on town property. The damage was believed to have occurred overnight. The trees were located in an area of land that divides the travel lanes. Both trees were snapped at the base. The Needham Department of Public Works was notified.
GPS Stolen From Vehicle
A Willow Street resident reported that a GPS was taken from his unlocked vehicle overnight between Friday, July 6 and Saturday, July 7.
Larceny of Golf Gear
A Tanglewood Road resident reported on Monday, July 9 that someone had broken into a vehicle and taken a golf club, golf balls and money.
Rocking Chair Stolen from Front Porch
A rocking chair was taken from the front porch of a Webster Street home sometime between Friday, July 6 and Sunday, July 8.
Woman Pays for Paint Job, Men Skip Out
A Tudor Road resident contacted police on Monday, July 9 to report fraud. She said that three men had come to her door and washed her deck with the promise that they would return to paint it. She had paid the men in advance, and they never returned.
