In this new weekly feature, we’ll be offering some insight into local eateries, not just in Needham, but also in nearby towns like Dedham and Wellesley.

Originally opening in Belmont in 2005, Stone Hearth has grown under the tutelage of co-founders/co-owners Christopher Robbins and Jonathan Schwartz to include locations in Cambridge and Needham. As the name implies, Stone Hearth specializes in pizza, using high-protein, organic flour to create its dough.

Stone Hearth is open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner.
