October 6
2:00 p.m. - An officer took a report from a high school student that his headphones were stolen. The matter is under investigation.

October 9
5:15 p.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle on Gould Street. The operator, a 47-year-old Quincy man, was cited and will be summoned to Dedham District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

6:24 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Hunnewell Street address for a report of identity theft involving a credit card. The reporting party had already resolved the issue with the company involved, and taken measures to protect against any further fraudulent activity.
7:35 p.m. - An officer stopped a vehicle on West Street. The registered owner, a 46-year-old Newton woman, was cited and received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle.
9:00 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to a Linden Street address for a report of a vandalized window. The matter is under investigation.
October 10
A Westwood resident reported she lost her debit card. She later found that it was used in a Needham business. The incident is under investigation.
3:30 p.m. - Officers responded to a Jarvis Circle address for a report of a worker who fell at a construction site and was injured. Needham Fire transported the 47-year-old Peabody man to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston Boston. OSHA was contacted and responded to the scene.
