Traffic Improvement Project Begins on Highland, Second Avenue

A construction project designed to improve the flow of traffic on Needham’s Highland and Second Avenues is underway.

The project will add a second left turn lane from Second Avenue onto Highland Avenue. The work, being conducted by M. Susi and Sons, will be done Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Traffic delays should be expected. Lanes closures will take place after 9 a.m. each day to accommodate work crews.
