Tree on Central Avenue Takes Down Utility Wires

NEEDHAM, MA — A tree has fallen on Central Avenue and took some wires with it police said.

At about 1:15 p.m., the Needham Police Department announced that a large tree fell near the Dover line. Utility wires are down as well.

A photo from the seen shows that Tree Tech has arrived.

While it is advised that you shouldn't drive today, drivers are advised to seek an alternative route.
