Watch: The 2016 Needham Fourth of July Fireworks
Needham started their Independence Day celebration Sunday night.

Needham, MA – Independence Day in Needham started with a bright bang in the sky Sunday night.
The first part of the town's Fourth of July celebration ended with the annual fireworks display. Prior to the big finale, Memorial Park hosted live music, face painting, food tents, and more.

The celebration continues Monday morning with the annual 5K road race at 8:30 a.m., children's parade at 8:45 a.m., flag raising ceremony at 9 a.m., parade at 9:05 a.m., and more.
