Water Main Replacement Project Begins in Needham

Work on a water main replacement project on School, Norfolk and Pleasant Streets began Monday in Needham.

Cedrone Trucking Inc., the contractor overseeing the work, kicked off the 12-week project on School Street. Travel on the street will be limited in order to ensure the safety of those living in the neighborhood and of the work crews.

Work will be performed from 7:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a Monday through Friday basis.

Officials urge motorists to seek alternate routes during the construction process as delays are expected in the work area.
