Zoning Board Hears Requests for Yoga School, Outdoor Seating at Restaurant

Three restaurants in Needham want to add outdoor seating, and one developer wants a special permit to allow for a pilates and yoga studio. These are among the agenda items on the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, Thursday, June 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Charles River Room of the Town Hall. 

H.Y.P. is a prospective tenant at 140 Gould St., looking for a special permit to allow a private school for pilates, yoga and cycling. 

Rockets Restaurant Group, which operates 3 Squares, is hoping to extend the existing bylaw to allow outdoor seating at its establishment.
