Alleged Thieves Swiped Rolex Watches from Chestnut Hill Mall

Police are seeking info that will lead them to two men who allegedly stole Rolex watches from the Sydney Thomas Jewelry Store at the Chestnut Hill Mall on Monday afternoon.

Just before 2 p.m., witnesses told police, a young black man with a hooded sweatshirt ran into the store and smashed a glass case with a hammer, reported WCVB.

After the case shattered, the man filled his pockets with the watches, police told WCVB. A second black man aided the first man, also taking the watches. The two fled in a Toyota Highlander that was parked in front of the mall.
