Can You Believe Sweet Odin Was Abandoned in the Streets??
Each week the Gifford Cat Shelter features one of their resident cats ready for adoption.
Odin has been evicted from Asgard! Seriously, this beautiful and sweet 3-year old male was abandoned on the street by his family and left to fend for himself. You can still see the pain in his eyes, but this lovely cat clearly would like to give humankind a second chance. He is still a little shaken up by all of the recent abrupt transitions in his life, but responds well to gentle affection and petting. Can you help Odin regain his trust in humanity?
If you are interested in meeting Odin or any of the cats at The Ellen M. Gifford Cat Shelter, visit our website (www.giffordcatshelter.org). While you’re there, you can fill out an online adoption application for Odin and learn more about our shelter. You can also call us at 617-787-8872.
The mission of Gifford Cat Shelter is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, stray, abused, neglected, unwanted and injured cats with the goal of re-homing and ending the needless killing of community and companion cats. It was the first cageless, no-kill shelter in the country and has been in existence since 1884.
