Mirick Welcomes Jennifer Matthew as Human Resources and Legal Support Manager

Seasoned HR and operations leader brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm

WORCESTER, Mass. – October 28, 2026 – Mirick is pleased to announce that Jennifer "Jenn" A. Matthew, MBA, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has joined the firm as Human Resources and Legal Support Manager. In this role, Jenn will assist with recruiting and hiring and supervising the firm's client services and business services teams, overseeing workflow, employee relations and performance management.

Jenn brings more than 20 years of human resources and operations experience to Mirick. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at MetroWest YMCA and as Senior Team Operations Manager for Workhuman's Consulting Practice.

Jenn's arrival comes as longtime team member Kathleen "Kathi" Goulet, Mirick's Human Resources and Staffing Manager, retires after a career at the firm spanning more than 45 years.

Jenn is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and she also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She previously was a member of the Association of Legal Administrators from 2015 to 2022.

Jenn earned her M.B.A., with a concentration in Human Resources, from Assumption College and her B.S. in Business Management from Fairfield University.
