Community Children's Clothing Drive to Support Cradles to Crayons

This Sunday November 22nd from 1-4 PM, MB Associates and their families will be hosting a Winter Gear Children’s Clothing Drive at the West Newton Hill Neighborhood Club, 24 Berkeley St, West Newton, MA 02465.

Founded in Boston Crayons to Crayons is a not-for-profit that provides children, ages 12 and under, living in low-income and homeless situations with the essentials they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play. This year, they are aiming to supply 32,500 children in the Boston area with coats, hats and other warm essentials to survive the New England winter ahead. The need for winter items is even greater than you think, with another 6,000 hats and gloves alone required to meet their projected need this winter.

The family focused event will have a donation drop off with the opportunity to learn more about the organization and ways to get involved, children’s activities, and snacks.

Residents from all over Greater Boston are welcome to come. If you’re unable to attend but have items for donation, please feel welcome to call 617.467.3426 or email mbassociates@raveis.com and they will schedule a pick-up at your convenience.
