2. Blood pressure clinic. As it does most Mondays, the will offer a free blood pressure clinic today starting at 9 a.m.

5. DCR mooring lottery. According to a press release from the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR): "the department will begin accepting applications on Monday, March 21, for this spring’s lottery to award 60 public mooring spots in the Charles River. The mooring locations are available for private recreation boats up to 35 feet long and are awarded for one season."
