Something that seems so easy, but unfortunately folks, is something most people have the hardest time managing. Suburban abode or city loft, maximizing space in your home can be done and I promise it does not have to cost a fortune!

Living Rooms - First things first, stop holding onto furniture that no longer serves a purpose.  Yes, that means that end table that neatly fits four books and a glass of wine.  Furniture should always, I repeat, always be functional and stylish, of course.  You didn't think I would forget about style did you?

Let go of the pieces of furniture that you've had since you first moved out of your parents house.  Nine out of ten times they are no longer pieces suitable for your lifestyle, but are merely surfaces for clutter.
