First off, you should know that Mother’s Day happens to land during the peak of the spring migration, so beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday, May 14 head over to Nahanton Park to look for a variety of brilliantly colored tropical birds on their way to breeding grounds further north. Also expect newly arrived resident warblers, vireos, tanagers, orioles, swallows, and wrens. The walk is courtesy of Green Newton.
