For adults, we’ve expanded our fitness offerings with rehabilitation training, stress release programs, strength training, water exercise, and yoga. At the Y, adults will find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Whether you miss “suiting up” or are new to team sports, the Y’s new 18+ Women’s Basketball League on Tuesday evenings provides a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect or start fresh with a sport you love.

Registration opens on Monday, August 17th and Early Fall programs start right after Labor Day on September 8th.

Visit the Y’s website to download a copy of the Early Fall Program Guide, or stop by the Y and let the Welcome Center staff help you register.
