Newton City Hall To Host Massive Pats Fan Photo

Even City Hall has Pats fever, apparently.

NEWTON, MA — Pats fever has hit City Hall. So says the Newton Mayor on Twitter. The folks at Newton City Hall are hosting a massive Patriots Fan Photo ahead of Super Bowl Sunday. Head over to City Hall Friday at 11:45 a.m. for "a 'flash mob' photo to get in the spirit before Sunday’s big game," she posted to Twitter.

"It’s to have fun and enjoy the extraordinary good fortune of having such a great team for so many years!" Mayor Ruthanne Fuller emailed Patch after we inquired.

She said anyone was welcome to come show up in the rotunda in the first floor. If you are feeling festive she said folks can wear Pats gear or red, blue and gray, but it's not necessary.
