Newton Food Pantry to Relocate in August

The pantry will move to Newton City Hall.

Newton, MA – The Newton Food Pantry will move to City Hall August 1.

The pantry is relocating from its current home at 1608 Beacon St. to the City Hall basement; however, the organization assures residents its hours will not change.

Shopping hours for the pantry are Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and every third Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon.

Donations may be given anytime City Hall is open in the bin outside of the pantry door in the City Hall basement.

Newton City Hall is located at 1000 Commonwealth Ave. Free parking is available on Homer Street, Walnut Street and Commonwealth Avenue.
