Newton Free Library to Host STEAM Expo Saturday

The library is holding its second annual event to encourage learning in the technology and engineering fields.

Newton, MA – Newton Free Library is holding its second annual STEAM Expo this Saturday to encourage learning in the innovation fields.

The expo is part of the library's ongoing programming in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

Come check out the interactive experience Saturday afternoon and meet fellow tech enthusiasts, crafters, artists, musicians, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers and students.

According to the library, there will be 17 exhibitions and hands-on workshops both inside and outside of the library to experience.

The expo will run from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday at the Newton Free Library, 330 Homer St.
