  • Police responded to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for a report of a suspicious person. Police spoke to a security officer, who described the event. At 12:46 p.m., an unidentified 50-60 year old overweight woman with blonde hair exited the elevator on the fifth floor (maternity ward). She was confronted by a PCA who was in the elevator at the time. She told the woman she was not allowed access to this floor from the elevator because it was for hospital personnel only. The woman was “acting suspicious” and dodging instructions to exit the floor and stating she was curious about the layout of the hospital.
