Newton Resident Elected to Jewish Vocational Service Board of Directors
Newton resident Abby Flam joins JVS Board
Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) is pleased to announce that Newton resident Abby Flam has been elected to the agency’s Board of Directors. Abby is a health care planner and administrator who has focused on improving health care access and program development over many years. She is currently the Senior Liaison Officer for Atrius Health, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians where she manages the strategic and operational partnership since 2010.
Mark Stein (Concord) will serve as Chair, Campe Goodman (Boston) and Jane Matlaw (Newtonville) as Vice-Chairs, Doug Newman (Wellesley) as Treasurer, Richard Yanofsky (Needham) as Secretary, and Ellen Segal (Chestnut Hill) as Chair Emerita. Other new Board members include Jay Rosenbaum (Sharon) and Jennifer Rosenbaum (Belmont).
