Newton Residents Make the Scene as Mercedes-Benz GLE is Unveiled

NEWTON, MA – Mercedes-Benz of Boston, a Herb Chambers Company, held an exclusive unveiling of the brand-new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE in its state-of-the-art showroom in Somerville. Attendees got a sneak peek at the completely redesigned SUV, as it is currently the only 2020 GLE on display in New England. Newton residents Sarkis and Julia Zerounian were among the more than 100 guests at the event.

Herb Chambers, President of the Herb Chambers Companies, greeted the excited crowd before the GLE was revealed to a standing ovation. CEO Alan McLaren was also in attendance, and was joined by Mercedes-Benz of Boston General Manager Jeff Davis.

Davis announced that interest in the GLE is extremely high, with more than thirty cars already sold at the dealership. Delivery of the new model is expected in March.

The fourth generation GLE has redesigned exterior styling, and Mercedes progressive all-new SUV interior design – highlighted by 12.3” digital instrument clusters, a 12.3” touchscreen media display and a new generation steering wheel with touch controllers.
