a- Prior to 1 PM:
Students have to complete the Covid-19 Symptom check each day prior to their practice. The form should be filled in by 1 PM for afternoon practices and the night before for AM practices. You can access the symptom’s form by checking this link or using this QR code.

b- As they arrive at practices and games:
Students also have to record attendance by using the QR attendance form when arriving at South for practices and games. Our coaches will direct them to the onsite form.
