One Hospitalized After Crash on Mass. Pike in Newton
BREAKING: The Newton Fire Department said there are massive delays on the eastbound side.

NEWTON, MA – An early morning crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Newton left one person hospitalized and resulted in ongoing delays heading east.
The Newton Fire Department first reported the crash on Twitter shortly before 7 a.m. According to the department, one patient was taken to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.

Massive delays continue in the area, the Newton Fire Department said. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
