Culinary Arts Director Kevin DiLibero and the Papa Razzi team are delighted to debut a new brunch menu showcasing Italian inspired twists on classic favorites.

Whether winding down after a busy week or kicking the day off with friends, Papa Razzi offers an opportunity to enjoy a lively weekend brunch in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The new menu offers comforting and modern brunch favorites such as: Steak & Eggs with grilled sliced 7 ounce sirloin, over easy eggs, onion, pea greens, potato hash, and romesco sauce, the Breakfast Pizza with mascarpone, mozzarella, grilled red onion, pancetta, marinated tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and basil, the Caprese Bruschetta with avocado, marinated grape tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a sunny side egg, and the Frittata with three eggs, sweet Italian sausage, fennel, baby spinach, tomato jam, and grilled bread.

To sweeten the brunch experience, the Brunch & Bubbly offer entices guests to indulge in a complimentary Bellini or Mimosa with the purchase of any brunch entrée.
