ā¢ Preparing for RTE Hearing (provincetownindependent.org) ā Eastham officials are weighing how much to increase the residential tax exemption, a change that would directly affect year-round homeowners in North Eastham and across town. With scenarios up to 20 percent on the table, the board of assessors and select board will review detailed impacts on both eligible and ineligible taxpayers at an Aug. 17 hearing.
