• Plymouth Downtown Development Agreement Solidified for Former Benny's Plaza Site (southshore.news subscription) — A major redevelopment at 179 Court Street, right on the North Plymouth–downtown boundary, is moving forward after the Select Board approved a development agreement for a mixed-use project with assisted living, housing, and retail. The plan includes about 220 parking spaces, preserved open space, and keeping Pioppi’s Liquor Store in place, though detailed traffic and zoning reviews are still ahead. Residents can expect significant changes to this key gateway area over the coming years.
