Junior Brandon Walsh plays quarterback for the Scarlet Knights in the fall, and in the spring, he pitches and catches for the baseball team. Walsh, whose grandfather's name adorns the North Andover football field, comes from an athletic family. But Walsh has carved his own notch in the high school record books.
"He's probably one of the best athletes I've ever known," said baseball coach Todd Dulin.
Walsh is one of the ace's for the Scarlet Knights, but also performs well behind the plate as catcher. In addition to all that, he hit the most home runs (8) for the Knights this regular season. Walsh's performance this spring made him a lock for this week's Athlete of the Week.
