Athlete of the Week: Mike Skarbelis
The North Andover soccer star helped the Knights earn a share of the Cape Ann League title.
Mike Skarbelis is this week's Athlete of the Week for his two goal performance against Rockport on Tuesday evening.
Skarbelis also added an assist to lead the Knights to a share of the Cape Ann League regular season championship.
This will be a memorable achievement and season for the Knights as it will be their last year in the Cape Ann League. North Andover shifts to the Merrimack Valley Conference next fall.

Also this year, North Andover head coach Bill Tarbox recorded his 400th career win as a coach.
Skarbelis also had a big game earlier this month when the Knights crushed Newburyport 9-1. He scored one goal and recorded an assist.

In early October, Skarbelis netted a goal against Manchester Essex during a 6-0 Knights win. That helped coach Tarbox reach win number 399.
The Knights are 11-2-3 and still have a shot at winning the Cape Ann League outright. They will need to come up with a win at Masco on Friday to make that dream a reality.
