Athlete of the Week: Mike Terranova

Mike Terranova first picked up a racket when he was five or six, his grandparents had a tennis court in their back yard.

"I just goofed around a bit," said the junior Terranova.

But he's not goofing around now.  Terranova is the team's co-captain and has posted the team's best record for the season.  Head coach Paul Bergeson says Terranova has great abilities and is a natural player, he should know since he's been coaching Terranova since he was 11 and playing at

"You could tell Mike just had it," said Bergeson, "I have 19 other boys and I wish they were all like Mike."
