Burtons Grill Celebrates North Andover Restaurant Week 2014

Burtons Grill strives and succeeds on delivering a favorable and lasting impression for all of their guests. Now their exceptional dining experience can be enjoyed as part of North Andover Restaurant Week. From September 27th - October 3rd, guests can treat themselves to a three course prix fixe menu for only $27.14, The Special menu features only the freshest, most premium ingredients that Burtons is known for while showcasing Fall favorites such as Poached Pear Salad, Seafood Ciopinno, Pork Tenderloin, Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding, and more.

Guests can select one of the following appetizer, entrée, and dessert selections for just $27.14:

Appetizers:

Poached Pear Salad

Port poached pears served with served with spinach and arugula, tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette topped with roasted sweet onions, blue cheese crumbles and candied pecans

Butternut Squash Soup

Butternut squash slow roasted and pureed, topped with rum butter cream

Salmon Cake

Fresh ground salmon blended with diced onions, dill, lemon, and seasonings, pan seared and served with lemon aioli and arugula salad

Entrée:

Harvest Chicken

Sweet potato, butternut squash and caramelized onion raviolis, roasted with an all-natural organic skin-on chicken breast in a sherry cream sage sauce

Seafood Ciopinno

Sweet and buttery bay scallops, shrimp and cod slow roasted with an eastern shore cioppino sauce, served over herbed basmati rice

Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin seared to perfection in our stone hearth oven, accompanied by cider donut stuffing, creamer potatoes, haricot verts and a blueberry gastrique

Dessert:

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

A warm slice of chocolate chip bread pudding drizzled with crème anglaise
