Attorney Shauna Finnegan began her legal career as a Pro Bono Housing Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services, in Lawrence, Massachusetts helping low-income families in landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, and foreclosures. Prior to working at NLS, Shauna worked as an Intern for Asst. Clerk Edward Sullivan at the Essex County Superior Courthouse, in Lawrence, Massachusetts and as a Paralegal at Palma Law Offices in Lowell, Massachusetts for Attorney Todd Beauregard. She joined the Law Office of Todd D. Beauregard, P.C. in May of 2009 and concentrates in the following areas:

- Her practice focuses upon: Guardian ad Litem appointments in cases involving care and custody of minor children and incapacitated adults; Divorce, Child Custody, Visitation, and Support; Probate & Estate Matters; and Workers Compensation Claims.
Education:
Shauna received her BA in English Studies from Merrimack College, in North Andover, Massachusetts in 2001, and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004. She was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in December of 2008.
Certifications/ Memberships:
Attorney Finnegan is a Massachusetts certified Category F Guardian ad Litem and presently sits on the Board of Directors of the Greater Lowell Bar Association.
