How To Get Rid Of Your Christmas Tree In North Andover

Christmas Tree collection started this week in North Andover.

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- Procrastinators take note: you have until January 18 if you want the town of North Andover to collect your Christmas tree. The town started sending out a DPW truck on Wednesday to collect Christmas trees and will continue to do so through the 18th.

"Place your tree curbside on the Sunday of each week to be sure you won’t be missed," the town said in a notice on its Website. "Please make sure that all of your decorations are removed, including the stand. (Don’t forget any lights, wires, screws or any other hazards). Trees with hazards will be left at the curb for you to dispose of."
