Lil' Iguana Live at One Stop Fun

The Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation will be presenting its award-winning live stage show on Monday, January 19th, 2015 at 12:00pm at One Stop Fun in Westford, MA. The show is free to attend with One Stop Fun admission.

Lil’ Iguana Live is a 55-minute music driven, live, interactive stage show featuring the costume character Lil’ Iguana and live performers. It reinforces crucial safety messages through themed songs, skits, and demonstrations. Children are engaged throughout the show and are encouraged to participate by answering questions directed towards the audience. Some audience members are selected to participate on stage and become mentors for their peers.

Lil’ Iguana Live helps children understand the following safety topics:

• Buckle-Up & Car Safety: The importance of buckling up and understanding why you do not distract the driver
• Street Smarts: Staying street smart and being aware of your surroundings
• Get Permission: The importance of getting permission before going somewhere or going with someone
• Take a Buddy With You: Always take a buddy with you to help you stay safe when you travel out of the house
• Who’s a Stranger: Everyone is stranger unless we get permission from mom, dad or the person who is charge of watching us
• Run, Run, Run, Yell, and Tell: What to do and how to act if someone does try to get us to go with them and we do not have permission

After the show Lil’ Iguana will be on hand for a brief meet & greet. Lil’ Iguana will be available for pictures, autographs, hugs, high fives, etc.
