Police Search for 'Person of Interest' in Methuen Mom Homicide
A four-year-old child was found unharmed.

METHUEN, MA — Methuen and State police are investigating a homicide after a woman died after being found unresponsive in her home Monday morning.
Wanda Rose, 29, was found during a well-being check at her Tudor Street home at 5:45 a.m., according to Essex County District Attorney spokeswoman Carrie Kimball-Monahan. She was transported to Holy Family Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
Police also discovered her four-year-old child unharmed in the house. The child was taken to a relative's house.

Police released a photo of a Emilio DeLarosa, 32, early in the evening as a "person of interest." DeLarosa is the father of the child, according to officials.
The Tudor Street residence is a townhouse within Methuen Public Housing.
