North Andover Coronavirus: Town Reports First Two Deaths
Eighty-seven residents have tested positive for the virus, as of Tuesday afternoon.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Two North Andover residents have died of the new coronavirus, the town reported Monday. Another 45 residents have active cases of the virus, while 40 residents have recovered, bringing the case count to 87.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the two North Andover residents who have passed away from COVID-19," the town said. "Both of the deceased patients were elderly with pre-existing medical conditions."
The town did not share any additional information about the two residents who lost their lives to the virus.
