Office Building, Revoking Permits On North Andover Planning Board Agenda
Construction of an office building and revoking permits for a project approved in 2020 are some of the items the board will consider.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The North Andover Planning Board meets Tuesday night and will consider a new proposal for an office building as well as revoking previous permits granted for a Flagship Drive site.
One proposal on the agenda is for a 6,777-square-foot building at 189 Willow St. with 20 parking spaces, an associated driveway, utilities, and associated improvements.
An application with the town states the project is a multi-tenant professional business office and personal service building on a 3.3-acre site. The project is listed on the agenda as a continued public hearing.
