Rising Stars Productions Announces Its Summer Season

Rising Stars Productions is thrilled to announce its summer season, which will include the 4th Annual Rising Stars Musical Theater Camp in North Reading, MA, and the new Rising Stars at Grotonwood Performing Arts Sleep-Away Camp.

Rising Stars at Grotonwood is a unique program that combines Rising Stars’ high-quality performing arts with the traditional summer sleepaway camp experience. Campers will sing, act, and dance their hearts out as they work toward a musical revue performance at the end of the week, while also getting to enjoy activities like archery, boating, rock climbing, and arts and crafts on Grotonwood’s 250-acre property.

Dates: Sunday, July 5 - Friday, July 10

Final Performance Friday, July 10, 7:00 pm (open to the public)

Location: Grotonwood Camp and Conference Center, Groton, MA

Cost: $550 (scholarships available)

The 4th Annual Rising Stars Camp is a performing arts day camp where campers sing and dance their hearts out all week long to an exciting program of musical theater selections. Since we are not tied to a single show with a fixed cast, we can highlight more soloists and provide individualized instruction to help everyone shine. Whether students are aspiring Broadway stars, or prefer to be in the background, Rising Stars is a great place to improve skills, make new friends, and have FUN!

Dates: July 20th-24th, 9:00 am-2:00 pm

Final Performance July 24 at 7:00 pm

Location: Union Congregational Church, North Reading, MA

Cost: $225

Auditions (non-competitive): June 24 and 25
