UPDATED: Nine File To Run In North Andover Annual Town Election

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Six candidates have filed papers in the annual North Andover town election, with five so far certified. Town Clerk Trudy Reid provided the following list of candidates who returned nomination papers. The town election is March 31.
