True Aussie Beef & Lamb's "Butcher from Down Under" Doug Piper Provides A Lesson in Unique Lamb Butchery Techniques
Meat lovers, foodies and amateur cooks alike are invited to receive a unique lesson in Australian butchery techniques from True Aussie Beef & Lamb’s renowned “Master Butcher,” Doug Piper, at PRIMEHOUSE Meats at The Vineyard on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
The demonstration will focus on a one-of-a-kind tutorial in “nose to tail” lamb carving from Doug Piper, True Aussie Beef & Lamb’s esteemed “Butcher from Down Under.” It would be a shame to waste all that delicious meat, wouldn’t it? This is where the tasty samples come in.
Chef Adam Moore will join his mate to prepare three different dishes featuring lamb cuts for sampling, including succulent selections such as lamb pizza and Gumbo. Tastings will also be paired with an array of delicious Australian wine selections. Food and wine lovers over 21 years of age are cordially invited.
