Arrest for Drugs, OUI; 'Kids' Old Enough to Drink Around the Fire

Incidents, Friday, June 14

2:52 a.m.: Report of a single car MVA into a pole, Church Street. MA PC 6916VT.  National Grid and Verizon notified for the broken telephone pole.  McFee & Newton called for a tow.

3:25 a.m.: Westborough PD requested for mutual aid, South Street.  Open door on an alarm call. Canceled en route.

8:05 a.m.: Police respond to a call about a two-car MVA on Lyman Street, but are unable to locate

8:41 a.m.: Police are, however, able to locate a two-car MVA in a parking lot on Lyman Street

9:49 a.m.: Police respond to a driver operating without a license on Main Street

10:31 a.m.: Police place someone in custody, Bartlett Street

12:03 p.m.: Police assist a person needing to get a few belongings from a house on Whitney Street

1:52 p.m.: Resident reports being scammed, Leland Drive

3:53 p.m.: Two car accident, no injuries, Southwest Cutoff.

5:24 p.m.: Two car crash on West Main Street, no injuries

7:19 p.m.: Call from Marlborough police regarding an intoxicated driver, Main Street

8:17 p.m.: Outside fire on Reservoir Street

9:38 p.m.: Report of an out of control bon fire with kids drinking. FD states no problem with fire, PD states everyone is of age, no action required, Mill Street

11:49 p.m.: Berlin police requested for help with a loud party on Howard Street

11:53 p.m.: And again, Berlin police called in for help with a loud party on Howard Street

Arrests:

June 14, 10:53 p.m.: Juvenile from Algonquin Regional High School is arrested and charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute

June 14, 7:42 p.m.: Wayne A. Cina, 54, 367 Main St., Northborough, arrested and charged with OUI (second offense), Bartlett Street
