ARRESTS: Northborough Man Charged with OUI Drugs

Thomas Walter Moss, 28, of Brewer Street in Northborough, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on May 24, and charged with OUI drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
He was arrested on Howard Street.
Bradford Hazell, 21, a homeless man, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on May 24, and charged with assault with a dangerous weapons, trespassing, breaking and entering in a building, ship, vessel, or a vehicle, and malicious destruction of property +$250.

He was arrested on Howard Street.
In August 2012, he was arrested on assault and battery with a BB gun and was given probation in the case, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
