Northboro Babe Ruth divisions of play include:

  • Babe Ruth Prep (Age 13*) - Rosters are comprised of only 13-year old players as they are introduced to the standard 90-foot diamond and baseball rules. This league offers an opportunity for all to play without age intimidation and the chance to participate in the 13-Year-Old World Series. Seasons include spring, summer invitational, and fall play.
  • Junior Babe Ruth (Ages 14-15*) - This league continues the development of competitive baseball play and respect for the game, teammates, and competitors. In this division, teams are eligible to enter tournament competition culminating in a World Series. Seasons include spring, summer invitational, and fall play.
  • Senior Babe Ruth (Ages 16-19) - A selected team to compete in the Worcester-based Paul N. Johnson Senior Babe Ruth League and a fall season. This division provides organized regulation baseball competition as a development plateau where players can continue to learn and practice those principals which will carry them through to adulthood. Players are eligible to represent the league in the Senior Babe Ruth World Series. Seasons include the late spring/early summer Paul N. John League as well as fall play.

The spring season info session takes place on Tuesday, April 2, at 6 p.m. at the Fire Department's Community Room, 11 Pierce St.
