Church to Bless The Pets

Remembering St. Francis, the Church of the Nativity, 45 Howard Street, Northborough, will host a half-hour service to bless pets of all varieties on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m.

Simple songs, scripture, and a message will be followed by the sprinkling of animals and people with holy water, and a general blessing of all attending. Following the service, snacks will be served for all (both people and beast), and private prayers for people and pets will be available. The public is cordially invited to attend.
