Coming Out, to Family and At School, Part II [Video]

Two weeks ago, Northborough Patch met with the at . After spending some time with these teens, we decided it best to break our coverage down into parts. discussed the GSA itself, and the difference it is making at the school. 

And here, we learn about the struggles teens face in "coming out" to their friends, family and peers.

There were 35 or so members who attended the meeting that day, but a handful agreed to stay with Patch and share their stories. Mostly, coming out stories.

For any gay person, it’s a major time in the person’s life. How and when did you come out? It’s a common question, and one that every gay person has a unique, sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes heartwarming, answer to.

For some, it's a smooth transition. For others, not so easy.
