The Northborough Historical Society will hold its next monthly meeting on Friday March 25, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The evening’s program will be, Kitchen Gardens in Early 19th Century: Pot Herbs, Salads & Roots presented by Christie Higginbottom.
Just in time before the planting season, Old Sturbridge Village garden researcher Christie Higginbottom will share with us the rich history of kitchen gardens in New England in the 1800s.
Meetings are held at the Historical Society building, 50 Main Street (corner of Main and School Streets) in Northborough. There is no charge to attend. All are welcome.
