In Court: Multiple OUI Arrests, Man Charged With Child Rape

The cases included in this list involve Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.

Jeffrey M. Chaulk, 51, 280 Elm St., Apt. 9, Marlborough, was arrested on a warrant on Jan. 17 by Northborough police on charges of aggravated statutory rape of a child, indecent A&B on a child under 14 (three counts) and statutory rape of a child. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Feb. 11.

Anyu Tsai, 21 Clarview Ave., Apt. 1, Worcester, was arrested Aug. 26 by Northborough police for indecent A&B on a person 14 or older (two counts). Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.

Debora Collins, 56, 115 Silver Leaf Way, Marlborough, was arrested on Jan. 15 by Northborough police for OUI, a lights violation and a state highway violation. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to March 8.

Jennifer L. Barrile, 30, of 56 Jackson Cir., Marlborough, was arrested by Northborough police and charged with OUI. Barrile admitted to sufficient facts and the case was continued without a finding until July 12. Judge Vito Virzi ordered Barrile to pay $600 in fees, to enter a drug and alcohol program and lost her license for 45 days.

Jeff Derosiers, 30, of 65 Highland St., Marlborough, was summonsed into court after Northborough police filled out a criminal complaint and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a licensed revoked as HTO. The case was continued to Feb. 29.

Laura M. Colleton, 25, of 108 Deershorn Rd., Lancaster, was arrested May 8, 2011 by Northborough police and was charged with OUI, second offense and a marked lanes violation. She was found guilty of the OUI charge and was placed on probation for two years, ordered to go to a 14-day, in-patient program and pay $350 in court fees. She was found not responsible of the marked lanes violation.

Steven Gaspari, 27, of 8 Water St., Westbroough, was arrested on Dec. 16 in Northborough and was charged with OUI, failure to stop and failure to notify the RMV of a change. The case was continued until Feb. 19.

Erin C. Sheedy-Amatucci, 26, of 13 Tucker Ave. in Marlborough, was arrested by Northborough police on Nov. 25 and charged with OUI liquor with an oral reading of .08 percent or higher, marked lanes violation and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Sheedy-Amatucci admitted to suffiicient facts on the first charge, and Judge Vito Virzi ordered her to one year of supervised probation, a 45 day loss of license and payment of fees totaling $600. The defendant was found not responsible on the last two charges.
