Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

After two years as the principal of the Lincoln Street Elementary School, Beth Ludwig will be leaving her position at the end of the year to take on principalship of the Hanscom Primary School in Lincoln, MA. "I very much appreciate Beth Ludwig's many contributions to the Lincoln Street community over the past two years," said Superintendent of Schools Charles Gobron, "and we wish her the very.  Several teachers and parents have expressed their appreciation of the wonderful job Beth has done at Lincoln Street School.
